NATIONAL AZULEJO MUSEUM

DESCRIPTION:
Located in the old Monastery of the "Madre de Deus", the National Azulejo Museum's mission is to collect, preserve, study and disseminate examples of the evolution of Ceramics and Azulejos in Portugal.
Contains a permanent exhibition and various seasonal exhibitions, restaurant / bar with a nice terrace and a winter garden.
Make sure to visit the Church, the Chapter and the museum restaurant room.
The most impressive work is a composition of 1300 azulejos with 36 meters long, illustrating Lisbon before the 1755 earthquake.

Adult (18 to 64 years) – 5 euros
Young with parents (15 to 18 years) – 2,5 euros
Senior (>65 years) – 2,5 euros
Child (<14 years) – free
